Who is CareFlex Benefit Solutions?

CareFlex Benefit Solutions is a division of Jon S. Frank & Associates, an employee benefits advisory established in 1988. While the agency has been handling Section 125 plans and Flexible Spending Account administration since the early 1990’s, our service took on more advanced functionality in 1998 and adopted the name CareFlex as we became more aware of the importance of pre-tax health care spending in the economic fabric of the health care system. In addition to Flexible Spending Accounts, CareFlex also handles Health Reimbursement Arrangements and other defined contribution strategies.

We’ve partnered with Metavante, to develop a local system with national reach using the Benefits Card MasterCard. Metavante’s proprietary Benefit Payment System automatically substantiates transactions that pass your selected criteria and request receipts for transactions that don’t. This technology, coupled with our knowledge of local vendors when the need for troubleshooting arises, fuse to create a highly satisfactory experience for our clients and their employees. The result: a smooth running, cost effective benefit account program.
