Administering Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Reimbursement Arrangements, and Health Savings Accounts is our organization's core competency. From the initial consultation, CareFlex Benefit Solutions is dedicated to establishing a successful working relationship.

To better serve clients, CareFlex does not designate dedicated claims processors or customer service representatives. All claims processors/customer service reps are familiar with all plan designs and have access to all claim information. We have found this helps to ensure that every question or account inquiry is handled by the next available representative and reduces the potential for a participant to leave a message.

Every client has a dedicated Account and Sales Manager who will work with both you and your benefit representative regarding all account issues. CareFlex will provide each employer contact with online account access. On-line services for Employers includes direct access to employer accounts, benefit plans, employee demographics, employee account information, dependent demographics, transaction reports and enrollee reports.

Quality control is maintained by our commitment to the ideal of quality, error-free work. We strive for perfection and though that is an impossible pursuit we make it our goal nonetheless. We constantly look for new ways to utilize technology to help us toward that goal, as well as continually question and modify our internal controls and procedures.
