New Online!  Filing of Requests for Reimbursement

Effective immediately participants are now able to submit a request for reimbursement online through the Participant Portal.

Participants are encouraged to take advantage of this new feature streamlining the reimbursement process. Instructions for filing claims are available on the Account Holders “How do I file a claim” webpage and posted under the Participant Portal Form Center. 

Once participants have entered the basic information about the claim online, they may elect to attach the receipt and submit the claim electronically to CareFlex, or they may elect to submit the reimbursement request online and mail or fax the documentation to CareFlex Benefit Solutions. 

Resetting your Password

In order to protect the information contained in your account, your password expires every 90 days.  When you are requested to update or change your password you will need to know the following information;

Employee ID: Initials of first and last name (capitalized) followed by last four of Social Security Number. 

For example: James Cardholder's social security number is XXXX-XX-1212; so his Employee ID is JC1212.

Security Word (Mother’s Maiden Name):

New Birth City:

Please note that previously used password are not allowed. All passwords require a minimum of 6 characters, not to exceed a maximum of 20 characters.
